It is my privilege to present the Annual Report for the academic year 2023-24. As we reflect on the achievements and milestones of the past year, we take pride in the strides we have made in fostering a holistic and enriching learning environment at Mount Litera Zee School.

Academic Focus:Our commitment to academic excellence continues, with a dedicated focus on core subjects. We have implemented comprehensive remedial and enrichment plans, targetingfundamental concepts to ensure a strong academic foundation for every student.

Individual Career Counselling:To guide our students towards informed career choices, we have initiated individual career counselling sessions for students in grades VIII to XII. This personalized approach aims to align their aspirations with their academic and professional pursuits.

Immersive Lab Stations:In line with our commitment to cutting-edge education, we are thrilled to announce the establishment of immersive lab stations. These labs, dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, Drones, Aerospace, Robotics, STEM Education, Game, and Application Development, are designed to provide hands-on experiences, fostering creativity and innovation.

Technology Integration:Embracing technology to enhance the learning experience, we introduce the Mount Litera Zee Learning App and the Pre-Primary Pentemind Application. These applications are tailored to empower students, making their learning journey interactive and enjoyable.

Holistic Curriculum:Our well-structured curriculum incorporates digital teaching and learning tools such as the Financial Literacy Programme, Digital Citizenship Programme, Career Counselling, School Clubs, English Readiness Programme, Hindi Readiness Programme, Sanskaar, and Vihang programs. These initiatives extend beyond the classroom, promoting holistic development both at school and at home.

Life Skills and Implicit Curriculum:Our curriculum places a strong emphasis on life skills development. Sessions covering higher-order thinking, Arts (Fine, Performing, Applied), Sports, Entrepreneurial/Financial skills, Effective Habits, Media Literacy, Aesthetic Sense, Metacognition, Risk-Taking/Self-Development, and Higher Order Thinking Skills aim to nurture well-rounded individuals.Guided by our core values of Integrity, Open-Mindedness, Authenticity, Humility, Growth Mindset, and Compassion, our curriculum strives to instill a positive attitude in our students.

Well-Trained Teaching Faculties:Our teaching faculties are well-trained and utilize Learning Resources, Blended Lesson Designs (BLDs), and Programme of Work (POWs) in their teaching and learning processes.This ensures a dynamic and engaging learning experience for our students.

Infrastructure Plans:Looking ahead, our plans for the upcoming session include the development of a Basketball Court, Swimming Pools, and various performing art-based halls. These additions will contribute to a more vibrant and comprehensive educational environment.
